2011 Miniature Golf Tournament


All quality non-profit civic organizations need financial resources to help achieve their goals. this year the challenges we face are substantially greater than those of past years. Your contribution is critical to our success. This is your opportunity to have a GREAT TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY and SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY at the same time. We held our 2011 event  on Saturday, March 20th, at 6:00pm, in the Bayside B&GC. The following are the ways businesses and individuals were able to support the event. We will post the 2012 date when it is determined ... it will be around the same time period.

1. Tickets: (Tickets are limited so get your tickets early)
     Adult Tickets: $25     $30 at the door
     Youth Tickets: $15    $20 at the door

Tickets sold on this web site will be held in "will-call" and may be pick up at the event. If you want them mailed to you, send an email to info@northcalvertrotary.com
along with mailing instructions.
 

2. Complete Hole Sponsor $300 ("tee" and "green")
Each hole may have 2 sponsors, one tee and one green. This option you are purchasing the tee and green for a hole. This includes 2 signs. This includes at $50 credit toward a program ad but not less than $0 cost for the ad.
 
Holes are assigned in the order received so please enter 3 preferences, in order, below then click Add to Cart. Enter you Hole preference in the text box below in order of preference (i.e., 1,2,3) If you have no preference, enter "no pref"

3. Shared Hole Sponsor $150 ("tee" or "green")
Each hole may have 2 sponsors, one tee and one green. This option you are purchasing the tee or the green for a hole. This includes 1 sign. This includes at $25 credit toward a program ad but not less than $0 cost for the ad.
Holes are assigned in the order received so please enter 3 preferences, in order, below then click Add to Cart. Use the format: hole number followed by T for tee or G for green,
(e.g., 7T, 9G, 18T). If you have no preference, enter "no pref"

5. Banner
Banners purchased will be placed in the Bayside B&GC gym and hung high on the side walls unitl March of 2012. Banners that were purchased in 2010 may be renewed at a reduced rate as shown in the table. Purchasing a banner includes a $75 credit toward a program ad ... enter your program order in the Add to Cart button following the Banner button.

6. Donation
We have many friends who further want to help us make a Difference in our Community and the World. This is an opportunity to further contribute and the donation is tax deductable. Since we are total volunteer organization 100% of all your donation goes to supporting our Club Projects.
 
 
 
The Donations button is processed seperately from the miniature golf related items ... donations with a variable amount are not processed through the "Add to Cart" function. So complete your Cart purchase either before or after you make a Donation. We appreciate your confidence and support.
